MEGHÍVÓ

Szeretettel várják a résztvevőket az Európai Zeneiskolák Szövetségének soron következő tudásmegosztó eseményére: „Hatékony kommunikáció a zeneiskolai szövetségekben és az európai szövetség tagjai között” témában.
Az Európai Zeneiskolák Szövetsége (European Music School Union; EMU) online – angol nyelvű - találkozót szervez tagjainak; tanároknak, iskolavezetőknek egyaránt, 2024. Január 25-ére és 26-ára (csütörtök és péntek), 9.30-12.00 óráig.
A találkozó témája erősen gyakorlati, a mai kor szükségletei diktálták: a szövetségek közötti és szövetségeken belüli hatékony kommunikáció. Nem titkolt céljuk, hogy eredményesebb, aktívabb kapcsolattartást építsenek az európai szövetség tagjai között, továbbá a tagok megoszthassák egymással jó gyakorlataikat a témában, segítve ezzel egymás munkáját.
A két délelőtt különböző üléseinek témája kiterjedhet továbbá a művészeti iskolák vezetői, tanárai és diákjai közötti kommunikáció lehetőségeinek feltérképezésére továbbá a lehetséges jövőbeli iskolák, együttesek közötti együttműködésre, cserekapcsolatokra.
A találkozó igen pozitív „mellékhatása” nem elhanyagolható, hiszen a résztvevők komoly kapcsolatokat kezdeményezhetnek az online esemény után.
A részvétel ingyenes, de regisztrációhoz kötött.

Dear members of the EMU,

shortly before the year comes to an end, we would like to send to you a quick reminder for the
upcoming Meeting of the Boards (MotB) on Effective Communication for Associations of Music
Schools taking place online on January 25 and 26 from 9.30 to 12.00 on each day.

The MotB will include sessions revolving around communication on the European level, giving
insights into the strategies of European networks and allowing participants to learn about and discuss
the communication of the EMU. It will furthermore explore how national networks interact with
their members, music school directors, teachers and students, but also to the public at large. Sessions
will include best practice examples from within and outside the membership of the EMU,
presentations from experts in the field and feature interactive sessions and breakout group

In order to get a first insight into the communication strategies of the associations member of the
EMU, we would kindly ask you to fill in a short questionnaire. All answers received will feed into a
presentation meant to spark discussions. Please fill in the questionnaire here .

The MotB is a biennial event organized by the EMU, specifically targeting board members of and
individuals working in national associations of music schools. We therefore strongly encourage you
to share this information with your board members and colleagues in your national association.
